If you've visited ridecomposer.com recently, you've probably noticed a small blue bubble in the bottom-right corner: "Got a question? Chat with Rozalia." Today we'd like to introduce Rozalia — and tell you why she carries that name.

Who is Rozalia?

Rozalia is our virtual assistant. She's here to answer your questions about RideComposer right away: installation, pricing, importing music, building a class, licensing, the free trial… Instead of waiting for an email reply, you get an instant answer, any time of day.

Under the hood, Rozalia draws on our real support knowledge base — the same answers our team gives users every day — so she can answer accurately, without ever inventing a price or a feature that doesn't exist. If your question falls outside that scope, she simply points you to our team.

Why that name?

The name "Rozalia" wasn't just picked at random from a name generator. It belongs to the youngest daughter of Pascal, the founder of RideComposer—an energetic four-year-old who cheers her dad on at indoor cycling events, shouting, "Go, Daddy, go!" By giving our assistant her name, we wanted to add a touch of human warmth: behind RideComposer, there is a real team and a genuine love story.
